A: The website migration service that our company is offering is free (within a certain limit). We will move your web site(s) to our next–generation cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from personal experience that swapping web hosting providers can result in lost data and unnecessary network downtime. That’s the reason why we will perform all that for you at no cost!We have skillful administrators whose only assignment is to make sure that your web site works precisely as it did on your former web hosting platform. The administrators are experts in transferring custom–built sites, as well as sites that are based upon well–known applications such as Joomla^™ and WordPress.

A: We try to carry out all website migrations as quickly as possible. Nevertheless, we do not have a fixed time frame for web site migrations. There are different variables that you need to take into account – the mere size of your site and the workload of our web site migration team, etc. We always strive to implement each migration in under 48 hours. With smaller websites, our staff usually manages to finish in less than 24 hours.

A: We do not collect any personal information. We’ll need, however, the login info for your present web hosting account along with the name of the website that you want to migrate.

A: Client privacy is one of our leading concerns – for this reason, both our payment transaction page and our CP login page are protected with enterprise–grade SSLs. We use security measures, which include, but are not limited to: physical, electronic and managerial operations to secure the information that we assemble on the web. And we’ve also got a detailed and rigid Privacy Policy, which outlines the types of information that we gather.

A: While we move your website, it will be available both in your hosting account with us and in your account with your old web hosting provider. When the migration is done, we’ll make certain that everything is functioning correctly and that the integrity of your data is not jeopardized before informing you that the migration is completed. Then we will instruct you how to transfer the domain name over to your hosting account with us and how to update your DNS settings.

A: While we move your content, your hosting provider will not be aware of the migration at all. We will not get in touch with them in any way.

A: Yep. We support all regular Linux–based web hosting platforms. We don’t support Windows–driven hosting platforms, as we don’t provide Windows hosting services ourselves.Additionally, we don’t support proprietary website creation and administration user interfaces like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
